HCR West

In August 2020, I have traveled back to the basics of being a barista in specialty coffee. I was slingin’ espresso or taking photos at the Honest Coffee Roasters in Nashville until 2022.

CREMA

2019 brought some new beginnings. In March I was brought on to the CREMA team. Specifically, I worked at the Pinewood Social location where I was able to focus on each cup served down to the math and science. This is where I developed my speed and efficiency behind the bar.

Barista Parlor

In August 2018, I was hired at Barista Parlor in East Nashville. By December, I was promoted to shift lead. Each day was a blessing to get up and serve some good coffee to some pretty rad people while jamming to some classic vinyl records.

NINETEEN01

From August 2014 to May 2018 I worked at NINETEEN01, formerly known as Abba Java, located on Trevecca’s campus. For those nearly four years, I gained what I call my foundational experience as a coffee professional. During my second year, I was promoted to shift leader. I worked alongside my coworkers to develop new seasonal drinks including our signature PSL, blackberry-honey latte, and many more. I loved my experience there and my college experience would not have been the same.
